Doing it yourself can often seem more cost effective from the outset but once you factor in the stress, time, wastage, staff & refrigeration which will inevitably come into the equation it can often make more sense to bring in the experts that do this day-in-day-out to help you focus your energies on the rest of your very long to-do list!
At Near and Far Mobile Bar we work with you to ensure that we help in making the planning process for your bar as straight forward as possible.
So how can we help?
When you book with us we schedule a personal one-to-one call so we can find out more about your big day, understand your requirements, your vibe as a couple and make recommendations on what services we provide would work well for your day as no two wedding days are the same.
We can take care of the full day including welcome drinks, toast drinks, table wine & the full bar service and vast array of drink options available to all couples to suit your budget. You get to choose the right menu to suit your day as no one knows your guests better than you. You can choose your favorite drinks from draught beers, ales, ciders, spirits, wines to cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks.
We also offer the option for you to create Signature Cocktail for the day to really make every aspect of our service a true reflection of you as a couple too!
There are some unique bar options to choose from for your big day depending on your style, number of guests and location of your wedding. You can choose from;

The Oliver Twist Modular Pop-Up Bar
Laurel & Hardy Full Pop-Up Bar
Clever Mike our quintessential Vintage Bike Bar
All Bar options come with chillers which will keep everything nice and cool for the full day no matter the weather!
We also love to make the bar’s fit seamlessly into your day so we actively encourage you to continue your theme or decoration on to your bar. We welcome big balloon displays or smaller posies of complimenting flower to tie the bar in to the rest of the décor.
We offer a few options when it comes to paying for the bar, we can offer a pay-as-you go bar with cash or contactless payment, a part-paid bar or an open bar if you are feeling particularly generous!
Once you confirm your date with us our expert team fly into action taking care of all the important “behind the scenes” details such as applying for alcohol licenses, scheduling staff, and planning all the intricate aspects of your drinks service for the day.
Our planning team also work in the background in the run up to your big day to forecast on the drink quantities required, drinkware required, consumables required and other small details such as number of straws and how much ice is required to keep your guest’s drinks ice cool for the duration of the day…. Because who wants to be worrying about things like ice cubes or running out of alcohol on their wedding day! Our planning team also contact your wedding planner and any other suppliers to make sure we all work in synergy on the day too.
On the day of your wedding your expert Mixologists and Bartenders will arrive at the scheduled time to set up your bar 2 hours before service is required.
Having already introduced ourselves to your suppliers our team will make it their business to be aware of any time delays or alterations to the schedule to ensure our service runs seamlessly with the entire day through to the evening.
